Hi Corinna -

Thanks for the quick response!

I've confirmed the fix on my system using the latest snapshot:

   2017-03-08 16:47:12 UTC snapshot: 2.7.1(0.307/5/3)  x86_64 and i686

The fix solves the problem for both the test program and the original
application, on both 32 and 64 bit.
