The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* transmission-remote-gtk-1.3.1-1

transmission-remote-gtk is a GTK+ client for remote management of the 
Transmission BitTorrent client, using its HTTP RPC protocol.

This, which should not be confused with the main transmission package, is 
an initial release for Cygwin.
