Sorry, the files for 4.9.3-1 are no longer on sourceware.

I guess they got removed when you uploaded 5.3.0-3 (28/02/16)

Sorry, I guess you'll have to rebuild as gcc-4.9.3-2 and upload that, if 
this is really needed.
