The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libnspr4-4.13-1
* libnspr-devel-4.13-1
* mingw64-i686-nspr-4.13-1
* mingw64-x86_64-nspr-4.13-1

Netscape Portable Runtime (NSPR) provides a platform-neutral API for system
level and libc like functions. The API is used in the Mozilla client, many
of Netscape/AOL/iPlanet's and other software offerings.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
