I tested that on 2 of my x86_64 setups and it fails to load.  Here's
the output of "perl -MDBD::mysql -e 1" on one of them:

Can't load '/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.22/x86_64-cygwin-threads/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.dll'
for module DBD::mysql: No such process at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.22/x86_64-cygwin-threads/DynaLoader.pm line 193.
at -e line 0.

Rolling back to 4.035-1 works fine.
