Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT] source-highlight 3.1.8-3

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* source-highlight-3.1.8-3
* libsource-highlight4-3.1.8-3
* libsource-highlight-common-3.1.8-3
* libsource-highlight-devel-3.1.8-3

This program, given a source file, produces a document with syntax 
highlighting. Source-highlight reads source language specifications 
dynamically, thus it can be easily extended for handling new languages. It 
also reads output format specifications dynamically, and thus it can be 
easily extended for handling new output formats.

This release has been rebuilt with boost-1.60.
