Mesa is an open-source implementation of the OpenGL, OpenGL ES, and EGL 
specifications for rendering interactive 3D graphics.

This is a major upstream feature update:

This release has been built with the latest LLVM 3.8.1.

This release adds the Gallium OpenSWR driver as an alternative software 
renderer.  As this driver requires AVX instruction support and is optimized for 
particular workloads, it is not enabled by default; GALLIUM_DRIVER=swr must be 
set in the application's environment for it to be enabled.

This release also includes a fix for WGL under certain conditions.
