Hi Cygwin friends and users,


I released a new Cygwin TEST version 2.5.2-0.1.

2.5.2 will be a plain bugfix release, plus a few assorted improvements
under the hood.  Please test.  Only regressions compared to 2.5.1
are currently on the radar.

- select(2) now supports timeouts less than a Windows tick (10-16 ms).
