Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT] shared-mime-info 1.6-3

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* shared-mime-info-1.6-3
* shared-mime-info-devel-1.6-3

This package contains the core database of common types and the
update-mime-database command used to extend it.

This release adds a perpetual postinstall script in place of individual
postinstall commands in each package containing mime database entries 
(per the corresponding changes in cygport 0.21.0).
