The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libusb1.0-1.0.20-1
* libusb1.0-devel-1.0.20-1

libusb is a library that provides generic access to USB devices. As a 
library, it is meant to be used by developers, to facilitate the 
production of applications that communicate with USB hardware.  It is 
portable, user-mode, and supports all versions of the USB protocol.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
