The following packages (and their respective subpackages) have been
updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* garcon-0.2.1-2
* gnome-menus-3.13.3-3
* lxde-common-0.99.0-4
* mate-menus-1.8.0-2
* mate-session-manager-1.8.1-7
* Thunar-1.6.10-1
* xarchiver-0.5.4-1
* xfce4-session-4.10.1-5

These releases adds the necessary infrastructure so that each desktop
environment uses its own applications by default to open common MIME
types, regardless of other applications or desktops installed on the
system, per the new MIME Applications specification:

http://standards.freedesktop.org/mime-apps-spec/mime-apps-spec-latest.html

Please note that the implementation of this feature in GNOME also
requires xinit-1.3.4-8.
