libpng is the official reference library for the Portable Network
Graphics (PNG) image format.

These are updates to the latest upstream releases of all the supported
branches.  Note that libpng14 has been removed from the distribution as
no packages rely on it anymore, and libpng15 will similarly be removed
in the near future.
