* mingw64-x86_64-libgcrypt-1.6.3-1

Libgpg-error is a library that defines common error values for all GnuPG
components.  Libgcrypt is a general purpose crypto library based on the
code used in GnuPG.

These releases are updates to the latest upstream versions, which
includes an ABI version bump for libgcrypt.  The previous version of
libgcrypt has also been updated with a patch for CVE-2014-3591 for the
benefit of a few packages which have yet to be rebuilt for the latest
version.
