The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* libsndfile-1.0.25-2
* libsndfile1-1.0.25-2
* libsndfile-devel-1.0.25-2

libsndfile is a library of C routines for reading and writing files
containing sampled audio data in several formats.

This release includes patches for CVE-2014-9496, and uses the system
libgsm instead of a bundled one.
