New versions of 'libwmf/libwmf027/libwmf-devel/libwmf-doc/gdk-pixbuf2-wmf' have been uploaded to a server near you.

 o Build for cygwin 1.7.33 with gcc-4.8.3
 o Removed /usr/lib/libmng*.la files
