Hello,

Windows version:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (x64)

Cygwin version:
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-6.3-WOW64 host1 1.7.33-2(0.280/5/3) 2014-11-13 15:45 i686 Cygwin

man displays man pages very slowly - for example "man ls" takes about 45s to 
display.

Any ideas ?
