Subject: How to mount a file as SYSTEM?

What option do I need to add to mount as SYSTEM? The doesn't appears
to be a "system" or "users" option...

I need to be able to access this drive from TASKSCHEDULER task when
set up as "Run whether user is logged on or not"

mount j: /cygdrive/j -f -o binary,noacl,posix=0,auto
