Yes, it is possible. I do it all the time.
Actually, it's as simple as adding REG_MILTI_SZ value to a service key.
The question is, how manageable is this process from cygwin side.
I know we can obtain a list of current Cygwin services. (Those installed
through cygrunsrv.)
Does it make sense to automate addition/removal of cygserver dependency, if
one is [being] installed?
