It seem s that many links in that page don't work: they gives "404 Page 
not found".

For example:

  'mount' in "...is controlled by the mount option..."

  'the section called “Mapping Windows accounts to POSIX'

  'https://cygwin.com/ntsec.html#ntsec-files'

and so on..
