Gamin is a file and directory monitoring system defined to be a subset 
of the FAM (File Alteration Monitor) system.

This release updates the FAT partition detection code for currently 
supported Windows versions, which should fix the reported crashes on 
32-bit Cygwin.  Thanks to Ken Brown for his thorough analysis of the issue.
