Now and in future, if anybody has *any* problem sending a mail to any of
the Cygwin mailing lists, please send a mail to

If you got a bounce, read the bounce content first.

Sometimes there's a hint ("you sent HTML mail" or something like that).
If there's no clue in the bounce, send a mail to

and attach your original mail and the bounce message as attachments.

If your mail simply disappeared and there's no trace of it in the
mailing list archives at https://sourceware.org/ml/${mailinglistname}
within 2 hours or so, send a mail to

and attach the complete mail you sent as an attachment.

There's no guarantee that you get a reply from postmaster, but postmaster
will have a look into it.
