Achim or Corinna,

Currently, the only documentation for CYGWIN_NOWINPATH appears to be
the mailing list/news feed. A Google search:

  https://www.google.com/search?q=CYGWIN_NOWINPATH

only finds pages in mailing lists and news feeds. The documentation at
cygwin.com does not appear to mention it. I have installed the
cygwin-doc package, but man -k does not find it.

Please document the CYGWIN_NOWINPATH environment variable in the
appropriate place. I know: PGA, but the documentation is a third
important cygwin component that is not covered on the Contributing
page.
