The following packages has been updated for the Cygwin x86 distribution:

* cygwin64-binutils-2.24.51.20140326-1

And for the x86_64 distribution:

* cygwin32-binutils-2.24.51.20140326-1

These toolchains allow cross-compiling 64-bit Cygwin software from 
32-bit Cygwin and vice-versa.

These releases are updates to match the latest native binutils package.
