I've made a new version of 'grep' available for download. This updates
the package to the latest version available from ftp.gnu.org.

Grep searches through textual input for lines which contain a match to a
specified pattern and then prints the matching lines. GNU's grep
utilities include grep, egrep, and fgrep.

Grep is available in the "Base" category. Unless unselected, it is
installed automatically via setup-*.exe.
