This could well be the cause of the problem: there is another 
'cygwin1.dll' somewhere in your path. Correct this (by removing the 
offending entry from your path), then try your installation again.

If you don't need your older 'cygwin1.dll' then you may want to consider 
removing it, thus preventing a re-occurrence of this problem in the future.
