nss' buildsystem is nonstandard; I'll have to see if I can hack it to 
respect custom CFLAGS.  But are you sure that the bug is in nss and not 
nspr?  I wouldn't be surprised if I missed something in either of those 
two, but the latter seems more likely, and there is an nspr-debuginfo.
