The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** libpcre1-8.32-1
*** libpcre16_0-8.32-1
*** libpcre32_0-8.32-1
*** libpcrecpp0-8.32-1
*** libpcreposix0-8.32-1
*** libpcre-devel-8.32-1

The PCRE library implements regular expression pattern matching using
the same syntax and semantics as Perl.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, adding the libpcre32
library for UTF-32 pcre functionality.
