Nope, no quota whatsoever.  Yes, the file grows big but there is plenty of free space on the disk.
The machine is pretty slow, though, a dual-core thing.  There's definitely another case of a race
(the point of lock-up is never the same), but luckily it affects only the cygserver running in the verbose
mode (so maybe, there is a FILE* sync thing -- a side effect of the active logging).
