Execute ash (or dash) from Start/Run... or a cmd or command window. Execute '/bin/rebaseall' from ash (or dash). I get the same error from a regular Windows session (with sshd stopped, and no other cygwin processes running - as far as I can see). Are there some other Cygwing processes running? How can I check for that. Or is something else amiss?
