If they somehow manage to start up before network interface goes up, they won't be able to bind to correct addresses. However, i don't know how to fix it. BTW you can prove it. Take telnet client and try to connect: 1. From remote machine to your port 22. 2. From the same machine, using network interface's IP 3. From the same machine, using localhost IP.
