Did you reboot? Windows won't notice the changes made by peflagsall until you do so. Also, you never mentioned what you are making. Are you, by chance building an app which builds helper binaries and/or lots of shared libraries? Apps such as emacs, gcc, and perl are a few examples. BTW, I don't recognize that particular error message. CGF, does it mean anything significant?
