I've updated the version of LilyPond to 2.13.39.  This is the first
beta release for the upcoming 2.14 stable series.  User comments and
suggestions are welcomed, see http://lilypond.org/contact .

This is a new upstream release.  For a full update of changes,
please see http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/changes/

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
