Actually, it's just some newish error reporting added to 'setup.exe'
so that it's clear what postinstall scripts are not exiting successfully.
The only thing that's really new here is the reporting of the results.
The actual results have been this way for a while.  Eventually the
maintainers of these packages will get around to addressing these
failures, whether big or small.  Once that occurs, further failures will
be indicative of something new and possibly quite serious.
