Well, I need apache2-devel. That has a dependency on apache2, but I'm
not really sure how much of that I need to *build* subversion.

The test suite for subversion does actually start apache2 in order to
test the subversion module, but if the distro doesn't provide apache2, I
suppose I can try to avoid building the module and running those tests.
That might remove the dependency on apache2, too. I'll investigate.
