Its size is only 10.9 kBt, but the typical setup.exe is 610 kBt. When I try to run the downloaded program, it crashes immediately with: D:\cygwin\setup.exe The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. It's not a big deal, but if you're one of those folks who downloads a new one every day, then you should move your old one so that it does not get clobbered.
