  Yeh, confirmed, but I don't know what it means.  I tried setting LANG and
LC_ALL to en_US or en_UK and apart from the locale in the not-found exception
becoming a bit saner, it still didn't work.

  I don't know how this stuff is supposed to work yet though.  I think this
means that there should be some subclasses of
gnu.classpath.tools.common.Messages present, named according to language
codes, but I have no idea yet where they're supposed to come from.  Maybe Eric
B. can advise us here, I see his name all over the resourcebundle code...
