  You're not obliged to read every single one you know!  (And if you use e.g.
gmane's newsgroup interface, you don't have to subscribe at all.)

  Well, that's a value judgement reflecting a personal preference, not a
statement of fact.  Nobody's stopping anyone from using any additional forums
if they want to, but there doesn't seem to be a huge latent demand that you're
tapping into.
