Thanks for pointing this out.  You're right, there were some missing
dependencies in the lftp setup.hint file.  I've corrected that and uploaded
a new setup.hint.  It will be available on the mirrors some time tomorrow.
You'll then probably have to rerun setup.exe and reinstall lftp.  Please
look for an announcement about it tomorrow.
