  Thanks.  Just to present an alternative point of view, I think interfering
with the standard system accelerators is egregious and should be avoided,
certainly in any default mode at any rate.  IMO, Alt+TAB, Alt+Space, Alt+-
(minus) and Ctrl-Alt-Del should be in the general category of things that are
considered "NOT YOURS".

  Cygwin is defined as "a Linux-like environment for Windows"; to me, the "for
Windows" part denotes living within the Windows environment and that means
accepting certain minor differences from Linux.  If you want a _perfect_ Linux
emulation under Windows, install VMware!
