  LOL, we should probably catch the exception and display a nicer error
message though.  (In fact I thought we did; maybe something's broke.)  But
yeh, this is probably just a one-off bad download.

  Do you still have the corrupt file?  Did it get truncated, is it completely
garbled, or something else?
