I recall using this approach for a while when the patch was young. By combi=
ning
pubkey and password, I got the strength and security of pubkey, and the pas=
sword
gave me real password for changing users, so I could access shares on other
machines. The latter problem will soon be a thing of the past (Thanks!), so
I'm not sure there is much value in using multiple authentication methods i=
n the
future.
