I don't think so.

First, their About Us page doesn't say they're part of Red Hat.  No 
mention of stock symbols or anything.  Public companies are usually all 
too eager to give investor information here.

Second, they're in Michigan.  "Our" Cygnus was in California.

Third, there's the difference in the company name.
