True -- but it is the version of cygcheck that shipped with the
cygwin-1.7.0-28 package, from the 2008-08-15 CVS.  I don't know if there
have been any relevant changes in the cygcheck source code, but if there
have been, then the pedigree of my cygcheck.exe matters.
