This is sounding a bit complicated for me right now, though I do
appreciate the responses.  For now I built mrxvt and it works beautifully.
 It would be nice if it were possible to build urxvt with perl support in
an easy manner that doesn't require patches, especially of cygport itself.
 Please announce if that is resolved so that in the future I can try
urxvt.
