I have removed it from my modules file, for some yet unknown reason.
This looks like a low-prio packaging error. Maybe I thought nobody needs 
it anymore so I removed it silently.
And I got it locally on 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin/Term/ReadKey.pm
so I never found out that is was missing from the update.

In the meantime until I roll out an update please install it via CPAN.
$ cpan Term::ReadKey
will install TermReadKey-2.30 out of the box and will stay there 
surviving any update. This moduel was not updated in the last three years.
