GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the
complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable
interface.

This is a routine update to the latest CVS code from the libtool-1.5
branch. It also represents a name change from the previous 'libtool1.5'
package, to the new 'libtool' package (the embedded version number '1.5'
has been dropped).

Both the (now obsolete) libtool1.5 package and the new libtool package
(at least, the ones derived from libtool-1.5 source) provide a libltdl3
subpackage, which is why that package is 'updated' and not 'new'.

Changes sine libtool1.5-1.5.25a-1
=================================
o changed base package name from 'libtool1.5' to 'libtool'
o updated to latest CVS on 1.5 branch
