Dear Cygwin members:

For a couple of packages, fping02.3b1, for example,
when I try to use the configure command, I see the
line:

./configure: line 1135: cmp: command not found

The line number varies depending on the package. Is
this because a certain package hasn't been installed?
If so, which package?

Thanks in advance.

Wallace, the newbie.
