Yes, we did agree on that in the thread. I will also split the package,
into brltty, xbrlapi, libbrlapi, libbrlapi-devel, python-brlapi, and
tcl-brlapi.

And mixing both is quite difficult.  Anyhow, I'll only enable cygwin
sockets and hope the latency is sufficient for users.
