The man pages for sections 2 and 3 are not available and they never
were.  Basically we could use the man pages from the Linux Documentation
Project (http://tldp.org) and create a man-pages package from there, but
we're lacking a volunteer to do the chores.

In the meantime, use the SUSv3 man pages (http://www.unix.org/online.html).
The shortcuts and bookmarks will not be broken for a long time.
