The underlying system calls used by the rsh, rcp, rexec applications
have been removed from the Vista winsock DLLs, eventually.  Note that
these calls are inherently unsecure and have been deprecated for a long
time, not only on Windows, but also in the POSIX world.  Consider using
ssh, scp and sftp from the OpenSSH package instead.
